CASE
CASE

You've got bigger things to think about.

I'll take the rest — the hundred small things that come with running a home.

CASE is in closed testing with invited households. If you have been invited, you already have everything you need.

What CASE is, and what he does ↓

What CASE is

CASE is an ambient home agent for iOS and Android, built by eToTheX Studio. He watches a home, its mail and its calendar, and brings the people who live there the few things that are genuinely theirs to decide.

There is nothing to install from this page. CASE is in closed testing, and the app is the only way in.

What he does

Notices what changed

Reads the state and events of the rooms, devices and cameras you connect through Google Home.

Reads the post

Finds the things in your mail that carry a date or an obligation — a parcel, a bill, an appointment.

Holds the week

Looks at your calendar to know what it already asks of you before he asks anything more.

Brings you the few things

One message for the thing that is yours to decide, with what the claim rests on, so you can check it.

Why CASE asks for your Google data

Each connection is requested separately, at the moment CASE needs it, and each one is used for one purpose.

Your Google account
The email address and name Google returns when you sign in. It is how CASE knows which member you are.
Google Home
The rooms, devices and cameras you connect, and the events they report, so CASE can notice what changed.
Gmail
Only when you connect it, only the accounts you choose, and only to find the things worth telling you about.
Google Calendar
To understand what the week already asks of you, so CASE raises only what genuinely needs a decision.

CASE keeps working without any of them. Refusing a connection removes an ability, never access. Disconnect a source at any time and CASE stops receiving from it.

Nothing is sold, nothing is shared with advertisers, and Google Workspace API data is never used to develop, improve or train generalized or non-personalized AI or machine-learning models. The full terms are in the privacy policy.
