Terms
Last updated 7 August 2026. CASE is in closed testing and serves a single invited household.
What this is
CASE is software offered by eToTheX AI to people who have been invited to it. Using it means agreeing to what is on this page. If you do not, do not sign in.
Who may use it
People whose address is on the invitation list, signing in with the Google account that address belongs to. Access ends when the address comes off the list.
What you can expect of it
CASE is in testing. It will be unavailable sometimes, it will be wrong sometimes, and features will change or disappear. It is offered as it is, with no warranty of any kind, and it is not a security system, a medical device or a monitoring service anyone should depend on for safety.
What CASE does on your behalf
CASE can act — sending a message, changing something in a connected home, arranging something on a calendar — and it does so only where you have connected the thing it is acting on. Anything CASE reports having done, it did: an action is recorded from the result of performing it and never from a description of it. You remain responsible for what you ask it to do.
What you agree not to do
Use CASE to break the law, to reach an account or a home that is not yours, or to get at the service in ways it does not offer.
Your things
What you put into CASE stays yours. eToTheX AI claims no ownership of it and uses it only to run the service, as Privacy describes.
Ending it
Stop using CASE whenever you like, and ask for your household to be deleted at hi@etothex.ai. eToTheX AI may end access to anyone, at any time, while CASE is in testing.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, eToTheX AI is not liable for anything arising from using CASE, and no money is owed for it because none is charged for it.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States.
